I recently purchased a house in Florida through Mr. Jackson after dealing with several other realtors that were not very knowledgeable or understanding of my needs. They wanted to sell me a house whether I liked it or not and were not very helpful; only cared about the money. Mr. Jackson was professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. He was not only able to sell me the right house, but with his expertise, he was proactive in guiding me through the entire buying process from start to finish. He skillfully negotiated on my behalf and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth process and that I was completely satisfied with all transactions to the end. Such realtor is hard to find.

I can not say enough good things about Arthur! We met Arthur almost a year ago when we visited Florida when we were beginning our search for a home in the Palm Bay area. He was holding an open house at a property we looked at. We were impressed with Arthur's personality and demeanor and when our intention to relocate became a reality, we reached out to him to represent us. What a good decision that turned out to be! Arthur shared properties on the market with us and stayed in contact by phone, text and email. Never pushy, but he seemed to be genuinely interested in making our dream become a reality. When we came to Florida a month before the closing on our home in Maryland to choose our new home, Arthur had several properties lined up for us to view, both ones that we had looked at on-line, and others that he knew about. When we made the decision on the property we liked, Arthur represented us professionally, communicating the process every step of the way. Once our offer was accepted, Arthur went above and beyond to make sure our purchase and closing went off without a hitch. As we were moving from out of state, Arthur represented us by coordinating and attending inspections, and contacting and meeting with contractors to provide estimates for corrective work. Arthur was always available to talk us through our concerns and to provide advice and council when we asked. Arthur is a consummate professional and gentleman. We consider Arthur to be the first friend we made in our move to Florida. I can't thank him, nor recommend him enough!!

Arthur is the ultimate professional realtor and an all-around gentleman and pleasure to work with. He will do whatever it takes to get a buyer the home they want at the best price possible. Always kind, always in control and always on top of the homes he has under contract!
